ABOUT BRENT TALLY

Founder & President

Brent Tally is the Founder and President of TallyCM. He has nearly 20 years of experience in construction project management, building design and dealership facility planning. Prior to launching the firm, Brent was responsible for construction and dealership design for the Van Tuyl Group. During that time he oversaw the development and building needs of 65 dealerships and service centers. Throughout his experience he gained valuable insights on Factory mandated re-imaging guidelines, municipal zoning regulations, vendor bid processing, cost estimation, environmental sustainability programs and long term facilities management. He has earned a reputation as a hard working, integrity driven business professional who puts the needs of his clients and their capital investment first.

Brent has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. Brent and his family live in Paradise Valley, Arizona. In his free time he enjoys his regular round of golf, keeping up on anything related to the Chicago sports scene, and supporting First Tee golf programs and the Phoenix Thunderbirds.
